Connected to service but login not working

On the telephone line that has the ADSL and Telephone service from Talk Talk on it dial

08700 875562 - the call should be free from your TalkTalk phone.

You will then be told your ADSL username and password - so have a pen and paper ready to right it down.
Watch out for the letters S & F - apparently people are confusing them on this automated line, so if your password or username doesn't work, try switching those letters around.
