Targeted exchange

Two phone calls from talktalk have indicated that I should have a download speed of approx. 14Mbps. They say my exchange (kelvedon) has been upgraded but when I check all I see is that the exchange has been "Targeted" Two emails to talktalk have resulted in no replies from talktalk, can anyone help please.

SamKnows doesn't indicate that your exchange has been LLU'ed by TalkTalk:

And your exchange isn't listed on the TalkTalk Members Exchange Status page:

It might be that they haven't caught up yet but if the latter doesn't show it, I wouldn't trust any word from TalkTalk's contact centre.

Give our checker a try. If it comes back with Phone+BB products, the exchange is ready for orders but if nothing is listed, Talk Talk are wrong.

Thanks for your help. Your checker indicates that talktalk have enabled llu in this exchange.
