TalkTalk - gotadsl.co.uk 'My account' page

As a former nildram/gotadsl customer all I can see on My Account page is:
My TalkTalk account number: 1274[XXX]
Name: Currently unavailable
Telephone: Currently unavailable
Telephone mobile: Currently unavailable
Contact email: Currently unavailable
Address: Currently unavailable

On 25 Aug at 0920 I was told: 'If you are currently unable to access the my talktalk business page this is because we are currently having issues with our site this is being looked into so we can get this resolved asap.'

Today, 29 Aug it is the same. Are others suffering the same way?

just accessed www.talktalkbusiness.co.uk web page
logged in to my old account at nildram login portal.
accessed account same problem

Is your a/c log-in XXX@gotadsl.co.uk? or XXX@nildram.co.uk?

Mine is the former. Wondering if only one or both affected.

Can any viewers who log-in with @nildram.co.uk let us know whether or not they can see details on their 'My Account' page?

Interestingly (frustratingly?) when you put 'gotadsl' into the Support keyword search you get:

Summary Date Updated
No records found.

These words were not found: gotadsl

When you put in 'nildram' you get 12 pages many of which mention 'gotadsl'. However the Nildram 'My Account' page looks nothing like the one I see - when I can see it!

Success at last! Having started my first email to TT Tech Support on 09 August and 8 email exchanges and a phone call later on 30 August I replied:

"Dear Techsupport,

Thanks & noted. I tried to register as you suggested. As I cannot access my last invoice I could not register. Please get someone to email it to me soonest.

I would recommend registering to our new portal page to manage your account. We currently have no indication of how long a resolution for the My Talk talk Business [gotadsl.co.uk] page will be. The new portal has all the functionality of the old and more. This will work as soon as you register for it. I was then emailed and told I could not be sent my last invoice by email! So I phoned 0800 083 3003 and took option 3 then option 2 and spoke to a VERY helpful lady. 'Oh it's quicker if I do it over the phone.' A few security questions and bingo! I now have all the useful info and settings I set up in the Nildram days.

So if your MyAccount page or billing page has gone missing phone 0800 083 3003 >3 >2. I hope you get the same helpful person as I got,

But why, oh. why could they not have put a more useful message on my old my accounts page rather than telling me the information was unavailable.
