I originally signed up to toucansurf.com in 2007, who were taken over by Pipex a couple of years later, who in turn were swallowed up by TalkTalk. Website and email addresses are still all under the toucansurf.com domain. As of yesterday, trying to view a toucansurf.com web address or access webmail just gets you a Network Solutions renew domain name page! Talk talk have apparently not bothered to renew them, so everyone's websites are dark and we cannot access email. (Accessing email through outlook also doesn't work; not just webmail).
THe support people are idiots, and only interested in "validating my account" and such irrelevant garbage, and there seems to be no email address where you can email a competent person at talktalk (is there such a person) to get them to fix it?
