Any TT customers having Vodafone Sure Signal v3 issues?

My Sure Signal v3 (plug in type) has worked ok ever since i bought it but over the last week or so, i'm getting intermittent disconnections. Nothing wrong with my broadband speed/pings or router (tried 3 different routers) and even 'borrowing' a brand new SS from my local Vodafone store gave me the same issues. So the problem appears to be with the Vodafone or TalkTalk network. Is anyone on TT having this problem? Vodafone eforum support are suggesting the problem is at my end.

what symptoms eg lights etc ? I have a Suresignal on a TT line but I think it's an older one. Had to turn off the firewall on the Dlink router to get it to work.

It just disconnects and then reconnects a few minutes later....very annoying if you're in the middle of a call. Occasionallyv after the disconnection, the white light next to red power light constantly flashes, the only way to reconnect is to do a hard reset but then this can take 1-2 hrs to reconnect. May have to try a v2 box frown

Have you tried a full reset? Unplug from power, then press and hold the reset button on the back of the Sure Signal, plug in the power cable keeping the reset button held in for 30 seconds or until lights 1,2,3,4 flash in order then release button. Also, I find it works best with Google DNS servers.

yes numerous hard resets done from both my side and VF's side but makes no difference frown
