What does one have to do to get a reply from Talktalk,
Now on my second acknowledgement of my email.
Would cancelling my Direct Debit, CONCENTRATE THEIR MINDS.
Probably best to get rid of them totally.

Everyone always seems to suggest contacting the top dog when they have an issue with BT, why not try it with Talktalk ?
