Torturous Experience

Looks every ISP takes an Order Placed with them as that of switching to it. On Online Ordering customer never gets asked if new landline is required.
So the first order instead of modifying had to be cancelled and second order placed. It got activated in 14 days but four days later it got terminated.
No reason was given. When TalkTalk was told it asked me to place yet another Order.
Except that it will get activated in another 14 days I did not get report on progress of the Order. 10 days on I received a call from Management Team that 3rd Order may not get activated on the date give.
Could not bear the torture any more so 2 days before the date I was told Order will get activated I cancelled the order.
TalkTalk paid me back £172.20 I had paid for 1 year of Landline Rental. I sent back Modem etc on which 2nd order was activated.
Now I receive a Bill for the 2nd Order that TalkTalk itself had terminated.
