He has a new modem + Faceplate and around 5+ BT Openreach visits and ports changed in the cabinet.
The drop at 4pm today and the increase in ping was the engineer enabling interleaved which still has not fixed it.
We believe the issue is Talk talks own network related in the exchange at line card level. talk talk are not willing to do anything except send OR engineers.
