I got the "We are charging you £125" letter in the post - told them it's not going to happen
I got the same letter in the post today - asking for £125 LOL
Yet when I spoke to them yesterday they said there are no outstanding charges on my account and I can cancel my direct debit - which I've already done. Will give them a call on Monday to ask what they're playing at!
They are open 7 days a week mind, don't forget
Its just their technical support which are open 7 days a week, their billing team are only Mon-Fri from 8am to 6pm. Not a big deal though, i can wait a day or two.
