Since sheís joined , over 6 months , itís worse bb Iíve ever had the misfortune to use , sheís lucky to get 8mb , sheís had talktalk engineers (lol) around and they just scratch their heads , then a bt engineer who said itís the router , changed it then couldnít believe that speed was do bad and the only time he could connect via WiFi was if he put his laptop against router . Sister only uses tablet/iPad which isnít bad when sheís 74 but she phones talktalk who just keep saying connect a computer/laptop direct to router SHE DONT HAVE EITHER !!!
Iím going to phone them tomorrow as I believe if they canít supply speed they said would be minimum speed she should get compensated till they do
Iím with sky and if they ever tried this cr@p they would get an ear bashing which is what talktalk have to look forward to 😀😀😀
Why do broadband companies treat customers especially the elderly ( I hope she donít read this otherwise Iím in big trouble lol ) like [censored]
