tbb Meter Will only run for 1 user on a pc at a time.

I have 3 users on my PC and whoever logs on first gets the tbb meter running automatically. When anyone else logs on they have to stop the process running on the first persons user account (using task manager) and then start up tbb meter program again in their own account.
Am I missing something or is this a known bug?
I'm running version 0.9.8.3 of tbb meter on an XP SP3 pc.

Any thoughts??

What you are doing is the only way to achieve this on XP currently, unless rather than switching users the original user actually logs off.

Things aren't vastly better under Vista/Windows 7, but I have more flexbility to improve things on those OS's, since there is a tbbLoaderService which if installed via Administrator login, I might be able to make it do the stopping/starting automatically for you.
