crashing computer

I installed tttb meter and it seemed to work, but the next time I booted up it crashed my computer causing endless reboots, until I used winpatrol to stop it. (Browser Opera) I have since removed it from my system.

What operating system?

On reboot the suggestion would be that the tbbloaderservice was not running correctly, do you have any *.log files left from when the meter was running

Windows xp, service pack 3. Sorry no logs unless they are on the system or event log, or should I look elsewhere?

See if you still have folder C: >> Program Files >> thinkbroadband.com >> tbbMeter in Windows Explorer or
C:\Program Files\thinkbroadband.com\tbbMeter in the CLI if you know how that works.
