Windows 8, nothing recorded

I have installed the meter on Windows 8 but it does not record any traffic, up or down.

Tried disabling TCP/UDP monitoring, and then ensuring the correct network interfaces are selected?

Thanks for the suggestion.

I have no idea what TCP/UDP monitoring is, nor where to disable it.

Also how do I select the correct network interface?

Neither of them seem to be shown in tbbMeter's options so presumably I should look somewhere else.

The Disable TCP/UDP is under the types of data to monitor menu option

Once disable selected, after a few seconds Network Connections menu will be enabled.
