New TBBmeter wrong

Have just downloaded the latest TBBmeter and it appears to be wrong. I did a BT speed test and got about 1.9mbps (what a joke) and TBBmeter declared we were getting 12mbps at the same time as the test! .....
I knw the meter is wrong as it is impossible to watch uninterrupted YouTube.

BTW. our 1.9mbps IS a fault that was due to be fixed by BT yesterday ...... we usually get just over 2.

Which version?
Have you used the calibrate option? If yes, look at the About window and tell us the calibration figure.
Under types of traffic to display what was ticked?
Did you run one of the meters own test files, and compare it the graph.

The meter has a Grab Picture option in its menus to make screen grabing a copy of the graph easy

I have just deleted the latest copy of TBBM and reinstalled it and it now shows 2.3 mbps, which ties in with a BT speedtest.

I'll send an image via email.

Now to have a whinge at BT to fix the fault they said would be fixed yesterday
