V 0.9.9.0 - Calibration

[link to this post]

The calibration file size of 5MB is totally unsutable to faster speeds as it is too small, the download has completed before maximum speed is reached at 30 mbits/sec so next month when I should get 60 mbits/sec it probably wont even register. I need to use at least a file of 100 mb or even 250 mb to get a true reading.

So an option to change the calibration filesize would be useful, ie a dropdown in the popup box.

The file size could be 1MB or 200MB it does not matter.

The calibration is a calibration of the measurement system, not your connection. i.e. we dowload 5MB via a HTTP GET and then see how how well that size agrees with the size of data the monitoring system records.

A Gigabit connection should give same size of data as a 0.5 Meg ADSL connection,.
