tbbMeter

I have just installed the tbbMeter program on my computer running Windows XP Home (SP3). Also installed NET 2.0 Framework prior to this. Tried opening up program from both Program list and shortcut icon on desktop, but nothing happens. What is wrong?

Is there a tbbmeter.log file in the program files\thinkbroadband.com\tbbmeter folder? If so email it to andrew@thinkbroadband.com

Also have you given permission in your software firewall/av to allow tbbmeter access to the internet
