Latency / Packet Loss Graph Problems

[link to this post]

I joined the site to use the monitoring tools as my Virgin Media 20Mb service has started dropping out. I think they are cutting me off when my usage is higher although it's only games on facebook.

What must I configure to get the thing working and monitoring latency and packet loss?
Thanks

Your router will have a firewall. Make sure "Respond to pings" is allowed.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 59.4/14.4Mbps @ 600m. - BQM
