Interpreting tbbMeter graph - help

[link to this post]

Maybe I'm too thick, but I can't interpret my current ttbMeter graph, nor find a way of uploading a screen print!

I realise that red represents Packet Loss (%) and should be top down on the graph. The longer the line, the more packets were lost etc...

My graph shows a red block at the bottom of the screen, no percentage scale on the right and little other data other than a couple of green spikes.

Help please.

Do you mean the tbbMeter graph, which shows traffic stepping along once a second, or the Broadband Quality Monitor (the ping monitor) which is the one that shows packet loss with red spikes from the top? They aren't the same thing.

Click BQM in my sig to see the ping monitor for my line.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 58.7/14.6Mbps @ 600m. - BQM

Many thanks I do mean the tbbMeter graph which runs on my PC not the Broadband Quality Monitor, which I set up a while ago, but today noticed that it wasn't working - I had changed to a DrayTek Vigor 2800 Router which wasn't configured to allow response to incoming pings.

tbbMeter does not show packet loss

Red on tbbmeter refers to the amount of traffic uploaded and green is download.

To be sure it is not a description issue, can you provide screenshot of what you are seeing.
