down from 1pm til 4pm?

just asking as i have a massive block of packet loss inbetween these hours and i was using the internet, so assuming it was down for whatever reason.

tbbMeter has nothing server side for us now so, not sure what the downtime between 1pm and 4pm is you are referring to is.
Certainly there was no issues with site, speed test or forums between 1pm and 4pm
