If you could drop us a ticket and if you could let us know the support agent you spoke to as it would seem like a little bit of extra training may be required.
There is no 10 day period on LLU (and most of it on IPStream is a myth)
Drop a ticket to us with your full ADSL line stats and we can take another look at it. It may be that the line length means you don't see much better from ADSL2+, in that case we could try ADSL2.
