Changing line profile

Hi,
Im with talktalk and am trying to get the profile changed on my Line but it falls on deaf ears when I talk to them on the phone and when I try signing up to their forum it says that my phone number and account number is inactive or not recognised. I have a line that can handle 7mb and am only getting 5mb as talktalk told me that they had changed the profile but they won't put it back.
Could someone help me with this.?
