Interleaving Problems

Been trying to get my interleaving turned off now for about a week, I rang the first time and they had no idea what interleaving was, I rang the second time and they said it would get turned off within around 48 hours, that time went by and still nothing so I went to the online chat and requested it be turned off, the bloke there said there had been no request put through recently so I got lied to, he said he was doing it for me and it would be turned off within 48 hours, I waited 50 so hours again and still nothing, I rang again and got put through to the manager and he said it would be turned off for me, but I got a feeling it isn't going to be turned off, he said he would call me on Wednesday. Anyone else having a problem similar?

Assuming your line is stable and the order was put through to have interleaving switched off, it should be completed within two to four days at the most I would have thought.

Who is your ISP?
