I know what people are going to say change filters etc.
Well since BT installed a second line my broadband has been disconnecting when ever the phone is picked up, now this doesn't happen every single time, but it does happen, and when it does it will re-sync and the upload speed is like 300kbps normally its at 700-800kbps which is fine for me considering how far I am from exchange.
Anyway, tried new router, adsl cable, filter, tried the main test socket nothing.
BT engineer came out and he couldn't find the fault or fix it, he was only suppose to come out for a phone fault as that's what my ISP said it was. So he checked the phone and nothing he also done a broadband test fault even though he shouldn't have done. But still no faults found.
He fitted a new socket with a filter built in thinking that might fix nothing.
Anyway the fault was never fixed and still remains broke, Everytime I call Orange support the techies cant understand or relate to what am saying, They don't understand anything about broadband or the details or certain things.
Anyway does anyone have any ideas I am really annoyed.
I am moving to fibre connection in 2 weeks, so hopefully the fault wont be there when I move.
