If anyone can advise I would be very grateful and apologies if in wrong section.
I have trawled through searches and not finding the same level of issue I have, maybe it's a fault or are we doing something wrong.
We switched from Infinity2 to SkyMax last week.
When infinity was installed we had;
From the second it was switched on (never went down ever and never failed) and now;
With Sky (new Q hub connected to existing dedicated infinity socket)
At signup I was estimated what I had with infinity!
To say I am disappointed is a total understatement, to get only 15% the speed I had before is laughable and quite frankly embarrassing for Sky.
I read the stuff about 10 days learning, but there has been no change at all in 7 days.
Is this normal? Should I only be paying 15% lol

If it doesn't improve I will look at cancelling and going back to BT
