75020 - 1478 (DSLReports.com says that 75020 is too low, but it works)

What can I download to actually see my true speed? something off a fast server that can go at 8Mbit?

I just got this

Just in case people are expending too much energy in changing settings along with all the hassle of rebooting etc. I feel I should say that although it makes sense to select sensible MTU and RWIN settings for a fast connection, it's worth bearing in mind that the optimum choice depends on the routing to the site you are connecting to (mainly the latency of the connection). So, although particular settings might give you slightly better speedtest results, for example, they are not necessarily optimal for other sites.

I practice, it's best to find some decent settings for the sites you use the most and then just forget about them.

GOOD ONE!, it's just upped my latest speed test - it's dropped my upload down by 2k but I'll keep tweaking til it's all faster;)
