Prodigy Internet Users - read this

Hopefully the majority of you will have being able to access the walled garden and receive your Migration Authorisation code via that. For those where this does not work there are a couple of things to try

1. Getting to the site – clear the router’s DNS cache
2. Use this URL which goes directly to the server: http://193.113.40.240/SPTermination/default.aspx
3. Email andrew@thinkbroadband.com when these tips do not work and I'll send you details of where to email details in BT Wholesale
