Yes I use the 'no to 0870' but premium rate numbers are on the increase with even local stores, banks etc using them (which really annoys me).
Branson really should be listening very hard right now as VM's call centre is just a total shambles. The fair side of me says maybe they are very busy (ermmm......employ
people!!). The cynical side of me tells me that they knew they had a customer who was about to leave so milk it for all it's worth.
