in the last 10 days i have found that my Blueyonder email address is having a LOT of problems, that range from my iPhone not accepting my password, the desktop and the iPhone receiving different emails, and not necessary all that are visible in webmail, 3rd parties using the account and sending spam (not myself, but another blue yonder account holder) - and generally been having all sorts of eratic behavior from the ISP
i have phoned up to complain and to try and get it sorted but have been receiving different advice which has generally been of little use
but i was informed by one tech support guy that VM's Blueyonder server is being updated
is anyone else having problems with their Blueyonder account??????
