Orange is a very strange company. While other companies are working to increase the number of their customers, Orange did the other way. Instead of offering something to keep loyalty, my home broadband was suddenly terminated without my request on 2 Jan 2013. They said it was accidental. The way they did to correct this problem was also very poor. I was promised 10 working days to reactivate the broadband on 8 Jan, so I waited until 22 Jan. On this date, I found that my order to reactivate the service was not processed, so they promised me another 10 working days. I checked again the progress on 1 Feb, they said that the order was not completed, so they completed the registration on that date and promised me another 10 working days. Silly me, I should have chosen another provider on the day losing my broadband.
