Sky Broadband contention issue ?

[link to this post]

Hi all nice to be here, sorry my first post is a bit moany but Sky are driving me crazy !!!!

Here goes, during the day 22meg all day every day, every day at 7pm ish til lets say midnight inet virtually unusable at times.

Have tried talking to Sky but they seem to have no idea, apparently the fault is in my home as they say the router is synced at 22meg, so it would appear that 2 computers/ethernet cables, a sky hd box and ethernet cable and every wireless device has some kind of fault that appears every night for 5 hours then disappears.

I tried a couple of pings and tracerts (below) and my idea is its a contention issue on their part but please feel free to tell me if I am wide of the mark and the info below isn't pointing to that, thanks for any advice or help folks smile

ping and tracert 8.45pm weds 27th feb 2013
