I recently had a representative at my door on the 7th January 2014 claiming that they were from talk talk i did actually think they were genuine so signed up for broadband & land line phone.
I signed up for the service they took my bank details for the direct debit which i have now cancelled as of the 11th January 2014, i have since reported this incident to the police & the action fraud line on 03001232040 as i found out on saturday 11th January 2014 that the representative was actually not from talk talk as they stated to me as i recieved a letter from NEW CALL TELECOM LTD.
I certainly agree that this company is a BOGUS company saying that they are from talk talk if anyone out there has done what i have done & signed up for broadband & landline to firstly cancel the direct debit then give the ACTION FRAUD LINE a call on 03001232040.

who will protect you from identity theft for £20 a year they can also be called on 0330100180.
I would also urge anyone in my situation to also get a free credit report from www.noddle.co.uk
this will tell you if anyone has taken out loans or credit cards etc therfore commiting identity fraud in whom evers name it may concern.
