Anyone else having problems with outgoing Coms email?
I used to get the odd email bounced with the message that I exceeded the max emails per hour (125/100 (125%)) allowed even though it might be the only email I'd sent in a 24 hour period. In the early days the bounced email said it was deferred and would be resent later and this seemed to work though I had no notification of when it eventually sent. More recently just about every email bounces often now with the same message that I have exceed my allowance and often now saying the email is discarded.
I have submitted tickets for this but all I get is a response saying it has been passed to the second level support.
