I've been a subscriber for over 12 years but recently moved home and upgraded to fibre plus phone.
Whilst the phone move was fine, the broadband move wa sa complete mare over the 6 weeks from request to final activation. All the time I had to wait to get through or chat advisers promised to things and then didn't. I'm now getting only 10-40Mb on a fibr extra deal that should see me getting 40-75Mb.
I'm still wading through treacle to get tech support to find out what's wrong and it seems that every step takes 72 hours.
I won't be recommending Plusnet to any of my friends and family again in a hurry.
