Zen

Anyone else had problems with Zen - or know who to speak with direct to get a resolution? Issues started with sales agreeing business billing arrangements for phone & internet connection all on one bill, then accounts not being able to deal with quarterly bills!, a planned connection being cancelled, and tech support failing to sort out problems with fibre despite having a simple solution ..... ....and to cap it all they apparently don't have a Customer Services/Complaints Manager/Director!!!

Thanks John - so from that they apparently DO have a Quality Assurance Manager (just another name for Customer Service manager), yet the phone call with Tech Support specifically stated that there was no such person at Zen!! - so I wonder who deals with quality assurance emails or letters??!
