New Billing system , Plusnet

Oh dear Plusnet,s new billing system is not working frown i went to check my bill last week i got a message saying i could not view as my account was getting closed down ?? so Via twitter it was fixed , so i thought , my bill was due 11 sept it would not let me pay as nothing was visible ? I pay with my debit card , checked yesterday wow i could pay smile
But Nope page said payment went through ? but NO no money taken from account still and today i get a error on the page "Sorry, we are not able to complete this request at the moment, please try again later." hope they dont take 2 payments .....
But its not just me , lots of post on their forum
