Modem Power Levels

Can someone check to see if these levels fall within the limits they should please

Recieve Power Level is 4.5 dBmv
SNR 35.6db

Transmit Power Level 47.0dBmv.

I have tried 4 times to ring tech support today and all i got was a phone ringing and ringing and i just put a complaint in with the ISPA on their site, im sooo annoyed.

6 times my modem has reset today that ive noticed when ive been here.

PC SPEC
AMD Athlon 64 4200+ AM2 Dual Core, ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe 570 NForce Mainboard, 2GB DDR 2 667Mhz OCZ Ram, 1050 GB Hard Disk Space, 512mb NVidia 8500GT PCI-E 16x Graphics, 700watt PSU.

Ex Freedom2Surf Customer and Ex Eclipse Internet Customer.

Virgin Media 10mb which is now 20mb :-)
