This was a problem for some of us a while back
This could account for some problems I had earlier today
Take your next speed tests in this way
First - using TBB tester as normal on the port 8095 version [ the normal one ] allow it to finish and not how long it took and where it stalled [ you have already observed the problem on the uploads] .
Immediately afterwards repeat the TBB test BUT this time please tick the port 80 option - again allow to complete noting how long it has taken .
If the port 80 test is more what you would expect - please post again in Talk To The Staff and on either of the two above threads .
I'm now away to get my own speed tests done
 I'm OK - 15.3 Mbps Down and 1.9 Mbps up - on port 8095 [/edit]
