outage i think

my superhub is flashing red on the wifi connect button why,
rang virgin they say its an outage which could take a few hours/day/weeks to fix (no one is really saying)
is any one else not got connection in the wakefield area,

using mobile dongle to connect at the moment

well is was not a outage but a broken superhub
