Now been told it may be level issues not just affecting me but the whole street.
Without being naughty I got told this by two people in British call centres. They have helped me so much and explained so much. I hope this has not put me in a bad light
But its been forwarded to the engineers and should appear on the status page soon. So a good resolution for now.
I can get BT infinity and Sky Fibre. Can get 76/20 on BT and 40/10 on Sky. But I am in contract with Virgin.
