A new Virgin cabinet has appeared near my home. The area has had cable for a long time so I'm not sure why the new cabinet is needed. Anyway, I don't have a problem with it, it's on the edge of the pavement next to some shrubs, except that it's white. All the other VM and BT cabinets in the area are green. As a result, it sticks out like a sore thumb.
Does anyone know the correct department or channel through which I can discuss the cabinet with someone at Virgin, with a view to having it painted green? I'm not a VM customer, but there must be a different department from the standard customer services that's in charge of rolling out upgrades to the network.
