Sat here in London E10 wondering why I am getting a 3MB download speed when I'm paying £40 a month (soon £43!) for a 30MB internet connection. No faults displayed on their website. Am tempted to phone tomorrow and tell them I will be changing my monthly payment to reflect their consistently bad service.
Oh and they've been charging me phone rental and call charges (!) for a non-existent phone!
Worst ISP I have EVER had the displeasure to use. Can't wait until the contract is up.
