No Catch up or On Demand

I'm in Area Reference 18 - Exeter, Devon and have been without Catch up or On Demand for nearly two weeks.
I called Virgin last week and was told that it would be fixed by 4pm that day - Wrong?
Apparently it has to do with the V6 box.
Is anyone else having this problem?
