Sanity check

Can someone please look at my pingtrace linked below and let me know how to explain in to the Virgin media guys, I have been having intermittent connection problems since the end of October an engineer has been out twice and found no faults.

My sanity cant take phoning 1st line support again and going through the same script hoops
without some way of demonstrating the issues with hard data.

Was your whole connection down between 8:15pm and 9:15am?

Since a large block like that looks more like the SuperHub just went through a period of ignoring the ping requests (they do this randomly)

Yeah the broadband and phone line regularly just stop working and the times from the graph correspond more or less with what i am seeing at home
