Can someone please look at my pingtrace linked below and let me know how to explain in to the Virgin media guys, I have been having intermittent connection problems since the end of October an engineer has been out twice and found no faults.
My sanity cant take phoning 1st line support again and going through the same script hoops
without some way of demonstrating the issues with hard data.
