Bear with me... here's the story; Grateful if you can help/advise me...
4th April 16:17 - Asked for MAC code to move away from TitalADSL
4th April 16:59 - Received the MAC code from TitanADSL
5th April 07:33 - Migrated to new broadband provider and told TitanADSL my migration date of 13/04/2012
13th April 11:39 - Told TitanADSL that I have migrated, asked them to close my account and thanked them for their service for the past few years
13th April 11:45 - Received a reply from TitalADSL saying Thank you
23rd April 14:13 - Checked bank account, found VISPA has taken £39.54. Emailed TitanADSL to ask why VISPA has charged me £39.54 and asked for a breakdown on this costs
25th April 14:44 - E-mailed TitanADSL again as received no reply
25th April 14:47 - TitanADSL replied, saying that it is being refunded and should be with me within 5 working days
25th April 14:52 - Asked TitanADSL to see if this was a mistake or not
25th April 14:55 - TitanADSL said yes, it was a mistake
2nd May 07:25 - 5th working day, no sign of the refund. E-mailed TitanADSL for an update
2nd May 09:48 - TitanADSL said they will chase for me
8th May 17:20 - Still no sign of refund, so emailed TitanADSL yet again
10th May 20:24 - No reply from TitanADSL. No refund at all. Emailed TitanADSL to chase. CC'ed to James @ VISPA
15th May 20:13 - STILL no refund. STILL no reply from TitanADSL. No reply from James. Chased yet again. CC'ed to VISPA billing & sales & James.
How long do I need to wait? Do I need to get my bank to recover the costs? What else can I do to get my £40 back?
