Be wholesale products via resellers

Do any of these resellers define the contention ratio across their own network?
As such a connection would be used mainly for online gaming, a service that has low latency that is consistent so ideally any fluctuations would be minimal within say 5ms even when connected to servers in the usa /canada as well as europe,

And it would also have unlimited usage too with no shaping going on

is there reseller who can offer these requirement

I think you'll find that in general, it's not the reseller that's going to be your issue, it's what happens after that - once outside the resellers network then no-one has any control over it - unless you're purchasing your own dedicated circuit to your destinations, it's pot-luck.

But look at the AAISP offering - their aim is to never be the bottleneck... But you'll have to pay for the privlege.
