Leeds City Centre - Fastest ISP?

Hi guys, tried a few internet providers, wanted to find out which is the fastest internet provider as O2 seem to have started throttling.

We camp NetFlix, stream movies, peer to peer exchange and gaming a lot, therefore we need a stable and solid connection with true unlimited data usage.

Any thoughts/suggestions?
