In the ISP Unhappiness section there is a saga relating to a problem I had with Vivaciti, my previous ISP. My new and current ISP are Orange.
I am full of praise for their (Orange) customer service and to be frank their humanity in the way they have dealt with things. They have been more than generous and understanding.
I was treated as any person would wish to be treated, but sadly we aren't these days. I take my hat off to the gentleman from Orange whom I spoke with at length this evening. Thank you kind sir. Thank you Orange.
