Praise for Orange Customer Services

In the ISP Unhappiness section there is a saga relating to a problem I had with Vivaciti, my previous ISP. My new and current ISP are Orange.
I am full of praise for their (Orange) customer service and to be frank their humanity in the way they have dealt with things. They have been more than generous and understanding.

I was treated as any person would wish to be treated, but sadly we aren't these days. I take my hat off to the gentleman from Orange whom I spoke with at length this evening. Thank you kind sir. Thank you Orange.

I've just come off the phone with a very helpful lady from Orange Fault Mgt Team who was following up that my BB was now fine after a short episode of discons and overhigh NM.

She seemed very knowledgeable re: BB, like effect of NM on Speeds.

Then she spoilt all when I said "We are now on WBC".

She replied "Yes, WBC; we call that Fibre to the Cabinet". LOL

I said "I'm not on fibre and you don't sell FTTC; I'm on ADSL still, not VADSL".

She still did not see it smile.
