Fast High Bandwith ISP - Non FTTC

[link to this post]

Hi guys,

Looking for recommendations for the fastest broadband I can get with unlimited usage. My exchange is Battersea but according to BT I can't get FTTC.

I'd rather pay more for a better service than go for someone cheap/over subscribed.

I'm pretty out of touch with who resells what and who is available in my area so appreciate the help!

Luke

No question then, BE (www.bethere.co.uk)

Your exchange is this one I'm guessing:

Alternative would be Sky (if you don't mind taking their phone line service)

James be* pro (16.8 / 1.2 sync) - BQM - FTTC cab installed 18-jun-2012 - not yet active - est 44.6 / 6.5

That was my initial thought but recent reviews seems to be more negative than positive.

I was also thinking of Titan.

You can always look at an ISP that sells services based on O2 Wholesale so bypassing all their routing issues.

On Vivaciti myself and the one month contract and all the benefits of the Be network without the recent issues that Be have been suffering has made it a good choice for me.
