Didn't have any issues with speeds or general use but had issues with peering with certain gameservers which made me eventually switch wasnt any sort of shaping that i noticed if im honest.
Not sure how things are now as this was before the BT takeover but obviously they were still using BTW at the time.
Interesting, I was think of same until I just saw the latest post.. EE have a kerappy quality metric on both the 76 and 38Mbps options, wonder why...Still it's enough to make me not consider them!
John Lewis BB is the best bet at the moment,
they are owned by BT/Plusnet but offer the chepest 12m contract at the moment....
and NO Market A silly price !

I agree and as they have just reduced their price to £20 pm for ADSL+Phone they are now cheaper than EE at £21! My existing Plusnet contract where I just pay for the phone and the BB is free at a Market A exchange, expires in September 2017. I doubt Plusnet will make me a retention offer good enough to stop me switching to JL or EE ADSL or even Vodafone FTTC with its wretched router.
