I had a problem with my BB that was resolved smoothly by TT Business - and it's only fair to let people know when you get good service. Almost more important than reports of bad service.
I was always able to get through quickly to an advisor (four calls anwered within 2 or three rings).
They didn't always speak *perfect* english - but not too bad.
They gave me the standard good advice - change the micro filter, plug into the test port, etc, but were unable to resolve my line drop outs and the speed falling from a reliable 12Mbs to a poor 5Mbs.
I got a call from a guy in second line support who took over 30 mins talking me through some options. None of these really solved the problem, but we agreed that I would monitor the situation.
But I got a clue to the problem and rebooted the Draytek modem to factory settings.
This fixed it and I am now back to 12.5Mbs.
So (almost) top marks to TT Business. Good response. Very happy.
